Production & Processing
To ensure exceptional quality and material integrity, our pieces are produced in limited quantities and made to order.

In-Stock Pieces: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Made-to-Order Pieces: Custom-crafted by our artisans and shipped upon completion within 6 to 8 weeks.

Combined Orders: Orders containing a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items will ship together once all pieces are complete. If you prefer in-stock items to ship immediately, please contact us at hellofromiyne@gmail.com to arrange separate dispatch (additional shipping fees apply).
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via tracked carrier. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees set by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered with tracking confirmation, we are not responsible for stolen packages or delivery delays caused by the courier. We strongly recommend selecting signature requirement or package protection at checkout for high-value orders.
