My Orders
When will my order ship?
Our shop offers both made-to-order and in-stock items. Made-to-order pieces typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase, while in-stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, so orders may occasionally ship earlier or later depending on production and fulfillment.
You can check whether a specific item is made-to-order or in-stock on its individual product page.
If your order includes both made-to-order and in-stock pieces, everything will ship together once the full order is ready. If you'd prefer the in-stock items shipped separately, email us at hellofromiyne@gmail.com to arrange this, additional shipping charges will apply.
How do I make changes to my contact information or shipping address?

Can my order be gift wrapped?
Yes! Every order is packaged with care, and gift wrapping is available at checkout.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Domestic orders are shipped via NinjaVan and typically arrive within 3 business days.
International orders are shipped via SingPost and typically arrive within 14 business days.
Note: Duties and taxes are unpaid on international orders, as such products may be levied upon arrival.

What is sterling silver?
Sterling silver is an alloy made up of at least 92.5% pure silver.
How do I care for my stone jewelry?
Stone is delicate and should be treated with care to prevent fracture or breakage.
We recommend handling your stone jewelry gently, including when removing or storing your jewelry, and taking special care to avoid impact with hard surfaces.
How do I care for bone beads?
Bone beads are naturally porous, and many are dyed to achieve their colour. Because of this, they're more sensitive to water and sunlight than stone or ceramic beads, both can cause the colour to fade or bleed over time.
Keep jewelry with bone beads dry, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and wipe gently with a dry cloth after wearing. Avoid wiping with a wet cloth, as this may remove the stain.
How do I care for wood beads?
Wood is a natural, porous material that can dry out, crack, or warp with prolonged water exposure or extreme temperature changes.
Keep wood beads dry, and avoid direct sunlight, which can fade or dry out the wood over time.
How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
To help prevent oxidation, avoid wearing your silver jewelry while swimming, bathing, or showering.
Every sterling silver order comes with a polishing cloth to help maintain its shine.
Keeping your jewelry stored in a dustbag or box along with the cloth will help guard against tarnish. If tarnishing does happen, a gentle wipe with the polishing cloth should restore the finish.
How do I care for my rhodium-plated sterling silver pieces?
Rhodium plating adds shine and protects the metal underneath, but the plating can wear thin over time with friction and exposure to chemicals.
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and water where possible, and store separately to prevent scratching. Avoid polishing, as this can wear down the rhodium layer. If the plating starts to fade, this is normal with wear and doesn't affect the piece's structure.
