Refund policy

Overview

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our materials and our made-to-order approach, all sales are considered final.

Eligible domestic orders may be returned for store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Exceptions

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

International orders shipped outside the domestic zone
Custom works, engraved items, or altered pieces

Return Conditions & Process

Request Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized. Email hellofromiyne@gmail.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) form.
Dispatch Timeframe: Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving your RA form.
Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, pouches, and documentation intact. Returns received in worn, altered, or damaged condition will be denied.
Return Transit: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot issue store credit for items lost in transit.

Damages & Discrepancies

Please inspect your package immediately upon unboxing.

72-Hour Damage Window: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt at hellofromiyne@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photo documentation.
Fulfillment Errors: If an item is missing or incorrect due to our oversight, we will address and resolve the fulfillment error at no additional cost to you.

Repairs & Warranty

6-Month Warranty: We offer a complimentary repair assessment for manufacturing defects occurring within 6 months of purchase.
Out-of-Warranty Care: Beyond 6 months, we are happy to assist with repairs, re-stringing, or re-plating whenever components are available. Out-of-warranty repairs start at $35 plus shipping costs.
